Yolanda Sing

Yolanda has worked extensively overseas, and was part of a Global Senior Management Virtual Team, who ran a global business. She speaks with personal credibility on the topic of Virtual Teams and Global Leadership. Yolanda has gained global human resource management experience in 15 countries, including the USA, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, India, New Zealand and the Middle East. Yolanda holds a BA (Personnel Management), HonsB (B &A), MBA, BA(Hons) (Psychology) and is a qualified Executive coach and Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator.

Botha Kruger

Botha has worked virtually for over 10 years and divides his time as a director, consultant and business associate with consulting, investment and IT companies within Southern Africa. Most of Botha’s day-to-day working teams are virtual and Botha has project managed virtual teams large and small on consulting assignments. He advises clients on how to adapt to the changing world of work, both from a people and technology perspective. Botha holds BA(Hons), MA (PolSci) and MBA degrees.
